The Challenge

Somerset County Council needed to compile information on the users of their Adult and Children’s Services. A legacy middleware application was in place, but there was little knowledge on how to change this and tailor it to their needs.

The Council was faced with the choice of either redeveloping or re-procuring a new Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).

The Solution

The solution consists of a Data Management Platform that collates relevant information from various Care Systems.

The required details are extracted, and the information is passed back to the user in the form of a live snapshot.
